OASIS+ provides federal agencies with an efficient way to acquire services in areas such as program management, engineering, and financial management through a centralized contract mechanism. By awarding contracts to pre-qualified companies like Graham, OASIS+ allows federal buyers to access high-quality professional services without the need for separate, lengthy procurement processes. As a best-in-class contract process, OASIS+ will provide federal agencies with access to qualified contractors over the next decade. Awardees will begin a five-year base performance period, with potential for an additional five-year option renewal.
